Get Started as a CASA advocate:

Kristi Bauer
Executive Director

On behalf of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Bastrop, Fayette and Lee Counties Board of Directors, Volunteers, Staff, and the Children we serve, I want to thank you for your interest in our organization. Whether you are a new or past friend, volunteer, or any other supporter of CASA, we are pleased to welcome you and hope that you join in our vision of improving the lives of vulnerable children in Bastrop, Fayette and Lee Counties.

Our organization is committed to serving 100% of the children who have been removed from their parents/guardian, by Child Protective Services (CPS), due to child abused and/or neglected in Bastrop, Fayette & Lee Counties. These children desperately need someone to stand by their side to speak up for their needs, safety, and permanence. That is exactly what CASA volunteers do. They work with the child, in partnership with the child’s attorney and CPS caseworker, to ensure safety, improve well-being and increase the chance of quickly ending up in a permanent, loving home that is free from abuse. CASA volunteers advocate– making a real difference, one child at a time.

Please feel free to contact me at 512-303-2272 if you would like additional information regarding our services to children in Bastrop, Fayette and Lee Counties. To those of you who support our work, I offer heartfelt thanks for caring about our communities’ children. Your thoughtfulness makes a difference not only today, but also for the future health of the children we serve.

Warmest Regards,

Kristi Bauer, Executive Director
